Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Order Value

Whilst Pacific Gold does not have a minumum order value, we take pre-payment for first time customers. Once an account is established, we have a 30-day payment policy from invoice date.


2. How to place an order

Submit your order via our wholesale portal using your username and password to gain entry. 

You must be a registered user to view this site. If you have not yet registered please contact us on info@pacific-gold.co.nz to set up an account.

Once an order has been placed, we will get back to you with a quote. Upon acceptance of your quote, we will create a sales order for you.


3. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in NZ OR USD, exclusive of GST.


4. Returns

We have a 30-day return policy on our wholesale products. Please contact us on orders@pacific-gold.co.nz


6. Payments

We currently take  payments into our nominated New Zealand bank account. 

If you wish to pay by credit card please contact us to arrange a manual payment. Please note that payments made via credit card incur an additional 3% processing fee


7. Shipping Costs

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice based on the package.


9. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Pacific Gold on orders@pacific-gold.co.nz within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective goods. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt.


10. Delivery Window

Please allow at least 2-3 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.


11. Backorders

Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. Outstanding back-orders will be shown on each invoice. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us.

 

12. Shipping Local & International Orders

We ship worldwide. Once an order has been placed, we will contact you with shipping costs and tracking number details
