Frequently Asked Questions

Pacific Gold ships all of its products using DHL, Fedex, or NZ Courier Shipping. These methods of shipping are specifically designed for  fast, easy, and secured delivery of our high-valued jewellery items. All packages are fully insured and require a signature. Once your order has been processed and ready to be shipped, you will receive a notification from us advising your tracking details

Please allow at least 2-3 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.

Once an order has been completed, you will be informed of that tracking number. Within New Zealand, delivery time is typically 1-2 working days. Overseas orders take a bit longer

You will be informed via email of your tracking number once a parcel has been dispatched

We currently take  payments into our nominated New Zealand bank account. 

If you wish to pay by credit card please contact us to arrange a manual payment. Please note that payments made via credit card incur an additional 3% processing fee

Whilst Pacific Gold does not have a minumum order value, we take pre-payment for first time customers.

Once an account is established, we have a 30-day payment policy from invoice date.
